You don't have to go through this alone. We'll walk beside you as you make decisions that honour your pet's comfort, dignity, and the bond you share.

Our Services

Every family and every goodbye is different. These services are here to support your pet's comfort and your heart, one step at a time.

Quality of Life Assessment

If you're not sure whether it's time, we're here to help you think it through. A quality-of-life assessment looks at your pet's comfort, joy, and daily routine.

In this appointment, we'll discuss:

  • Pain, anxiety, appetite, and mobility.

  • Good days vs. bad days and how often they occur.

  • Simple changes that may improve comfort at home.

  • Whether palliative care, hospice care, or euthanasia is the kindest next step.

There is never any pressure to make a decision. Our goal is simply to help you understand how your pet is feeling and what options are available.

Euthanasia & Frequently Asked Questions

We understand how many questions come with this decision. We'll walk you through what to expect and give you time and space to ask anything that's on your mind.

We can talk about:

  • What happens before, during, and after the appointment.

  • Whether you and your family should be present.

  • How we keep your pet comfortable and pain-free.

  • How to prepare children or other family members.

  • What options you have for aftercare and memorials.

No question is too small, too detailed, or too emotional. We're here to listen and to answer things as many times as you need to hear them.

When you feel ready, you can also explore a selection of memorial urns and keepsakes.

Compassionate Euthanasia

Our goal is to give your pet a peaceful, gentle goodbye surrounded by love. Each appointment is unhurried and tailored to your pet's needs and your wishes.

In your visit, we will:

  • Provide pain-free, fear-free care in a calm, quiet space.

  • Explain each step so there are no surprises.

  • Give you time for private goodbyes before and after.

  • Offer keepsakes if you would like them (such as a paw print of fur clipping).

Every family and every goodbye is different. These services are here to support your pet's comfort and your heart, one step at a time.

After Care Services & Memorial Keepsakes

Honouring your pet's life can be an important part of healing. We offer several aftercare options and memorial keepsakes to help you remember your companion.

Options may include:

  • Individual or communal cremation.

  • Ashes returned in a simple urn or custom urn upgrade.

  • Clay or ink paw prints.

  • A small lock of fur or other simple keepsakes.

You don't have to decide on aftercare right away. We can talk through options before or after your visit, whenever you feel ready.
