Registered Veterinary Technician

Kat is a Registered Veterinary Technician and a graduate of Ridgetown College in 2013, dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of pets through every stage of life. She focuses on preventative care, nursing care, anesthesia, dental care, and has a strong passion for animal nutrition. Kat especially enjoys working with senior patients and is committed to helping them maintain the best possible quality of life. She is dedicated to guiding pet owners with compassionate, informed care to support their furry family members.

Kat has known from a young age that her path was in animal care, and she is excited to continue her career with the team at Nith Valley Animal Hospital. She values building meaningful relationships with both clients and their pets, and strives to make every visit a positive experience for all.

Outside of the clinic, Kat shares her life with her partner, their two small dogs, Gertie and Aeries, and their cat, Thelma. She is also studying human nutrition and has an interest in documentaries, crafts, hiking, travelling, and enjoying cabin life!
